Features

  • Electrode needles made of a special alloy with low dust emission allow usage of the unit in a clean-room environment.
  • Control by the newly developed D.I.C. II circuit* not only ensures stability of the ion balance but also prevents degradation of ionization performance. It also enables significantly less frequent maintenance.
  • Being a DC-type unit, the ionizer generates far more ions than other units, resulting in high-speed ionization.
  • Alarm output comes as standard equipment, allowing the ionizer to output signals indicating its performance degradation or abnormality, such as a cleaning alarm and high-voltage alarm, to an external device immediately after its occurrence.
  • The ion balance can be fine-tuned to maintain 0-volt potential of the ionization area. 

*The D.I.C. (Double Ion Control) circuit maintains the optimal condition for static elimination by simultaneously controlling the ion balance and amount of ion generation.
