Ion Ace MODEL AJM-02
- Ion Ace, a new ion-shower type static eliminator, delivers ions and automatically removes dust with a stream of compressed air from the spin nozzle.
- The spin nozzle, rotated at high speed by the force of compressed air without requiring a motor, provides much better dust removal efficiency than any previous model using a strong air flow.
- In the assembly of various electronic devices, the intrusion of dust into a lens unit or an LCD causes big problems.
- Ion Ace allows you to reduce the number of parts that are nonconforming due to dust.
High-density Static Elimination Treatment System MODEL HDIS
- In manufacturing and working processes, plastic films run through numerous rollers, repeatedly undergoing friction and peeling. Furthermore, corona surface treatment is used on the surface of films to improve their wettability.
On these films, the increased potential can produce static discharges that leave marks. In the conventional static elimination method, a voltage-applying static eliminator is used to reduce the static charge to a level at which no electrostatic problems or hazards occur.
This high-density static elimination treatment system eliminates static charge marks, previously considered impossible, and thus enables the production of high-quality materials.
This system is often used, in particular, in production processes that require thin film coating for multifunctional films for flat panel displays and high-density flexible substrates, etc.
