- The good ion polarity balance causes little reverse charging due to ion irradiation.
- The good ion polarity balance enables efficient static elimination regardless of the polarity or potential of the charged object.
- The long ion irradiation distance makes this model well suited for static elimination on a charged object in a confined area or at a distance.
- Its good ion generation efficiency makes this model suited for static elimination on a charged object running at high speed. This model generates very little ozone.
- Being a DC type, this static eliminator, unlike PULSE-DC, involves no swing in the surface potential of the charged object.
- The CKDB electrode facilitates needle replacement, cleaning, periodic inspection, etc.

Model ND-503Tป•i‰ๆ‘œ

- Static eliminator electrode needles made of a special alloy with low dust emission come as standard equipment and can be used in a clean-room environment.
- The newly developed D.I.C. II circuit enhances the stability of ion balance and prevents the deterioration of static elimination performance. Furthermore, the frequency of maintenance can be significantly reduced.
- Being a DC type, this static eliminator generates significantly more ions than other types, enabling high-speed static elimination.
- An alarm output function comes as standard equipment, enabling the quick detection of characteristic wear issues and abnormalities of the static eliminator such as cleaning alarms and high-voltage abnormality alarms. - The ion balance can be fine-tuned to maintain the potential of the static elimination area to zero volts.
* D.I.C. (double ion control) circuit refers to a circuit that controls both the ion balance and the quantity of generated ions to constantly provide static elimination in the most appropriate way.

œDC Fan-Type Static Eliminator MODEL ITI-02

Specifications Inquiry   Back to Top

Model ITI-02ป•i‰ๆ‘œ

- The newly designed fan guard enables quick static elimination even at a distance.
- The newly developed D.I.C. circuit maintains a constant ion balance and consistent quantity of generated ions. The frequency of maintenance can thus be significantly reduced. The front fan guard can be removed in a single motion, facilitating access and maintenance for electrodes and nearby parts.
- At power-up, the static eliminator notifies the user when the next maintenance is due. * D.I.C. (double ion control) refers to a circuit that controls both the ion balance and the quantity of generated ions to constantly provide static elimination in the most appropriate way.

- A cleaning lamp is provided to let you know when cleaning is needed. This lamp helps you conveniently keep track of the timing of maintenance.
- Power input and output are available from the rear terminal block. If you want to install several of these static eliminators in the same area or machine, they can be connected in series without the use of individual adapters for each unit. The alarm output function facilitates linking the static eliminator with the machine at the time of maintenance or abnormality.
- The angle adjustor has a lock mechanism that keeps the static eliminator at the same angle despite vibrations, etc.
- The direct mounting of an electrode needle on the fan body allowed us to design an ultrathin body (patented).
- Due to our proprietary technology, this static eliminator has one high-voltage transformer that generates both positive and negative high voltages and a built-in ion balance adjustment circuit. This eliminates any concern about reversed charging due to the failure of one of the transformers, which was a potential problem with conventional DC static eliminators (patent pending).
- This model can safely be used for static elimination in electronic devices because the stainless fan guard is grounded to stabilize the ion balance and shield the electric field (patent pending).
- This model meets the CE standard.
